We try finding Oregon’s secret routes from East to West across the state. This episode picks up in the Hells Canyon Recreation Area and our group of 4 Jeep Wranglers and a Jeep Gladiator attempt to way find through the Wallowa mountains and the Elkhorn mountains before finding our way to Central Oregon and the desert. We run into major challenges with a June snow storm and early season conditions and have to make multiple reroutes. Join us as we have an adventure of a lifetime camping across the beautiful land of Oregon.

  2. Nice. Keep up the great work. Down here in AZ we have a backcountry route but I’m working on videoing a mostly Mtn. route in central/northern az. Have fun out there!

  3. Happened to me in Moab a few weeks ago. Had camp permits on the white rim trail. After 4 hours of driving I got to the spot. It was still 95 degrees and 35mph wind. Kept going and ended up 10pm at a hotel in Moab. So pissed but got a clean shower and good nights rest. With a kid with me it was a no brainer.

  4. Linda is cool! Who uses blinkers? I sure do miss Oregon! Will, Chris, it’s always great to ride along with you; I’m excited for the next installment. Thanks guys.

  5. Will, your videos are so very enjoyable. Areas that I would love to see in person, but probably won’t happen. So thanks for the efforts it takes to make such stories.

  6. This edit was honestly your absolute best. So next level. We all learn from you buddy! This was just such a joy to watch. 🙌🏻🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻😃😃👊🏼👊🏼

  7. What an incredible trip, video and edit man. Too much good to point out individually. Looking forward to the next!

  8. Very cool trip, I like that you stayed a group and waited for your friends. Now, remember that feeling as you rolled into the hotel parking lot. I agree that you made the wrong call. You could've made it to your original camp if you would've pressed on. Great adventure, keep it rolling brutha😊

  9. Wonderful video Will! Just beautiful scenery! Nice job rolling with whatever comes your way. All part of the adventure!

PS – I’ve had mud and rocks collect before back under the caliper. Used my air compressor with the air blower attachment to blow out the dried mud the next morning.

  10. Looks like you had some snags in your trip, but still had a good time. I would have pushed through on that mountain after the tower. But then again, I run a lot more aggressive tires (MTs), and I also have a Warn winch. People always ask me why I run such aggressive tread, but I live in the mountains of N. Idaho. I like to get where I'm going regardless of the weather. Great video though!

  11. When you need your windshields replaced, come see me at Dennis Dillon GMC or Caldwell Dodge (for Chris) . I will take care of you all. Full vents blow outs and so on. Just remember me and take me with you next time. 😉

  12. Someone once told me, something to the effect of… hotels are the places you go, between the places you go… and that they are normal, for overlanding
