Like you said, pick and choose who to help or not. I do the same whether it's the province or city. Just one thing and you already know this too. Careful whipping out cash and not paying attention. I see you walking around everywhere and was curious about your opinion. I am a bit disappointed. I am planning a trip to Phillipines for some Thailand type fun but it looks like the adult industry has been destroyed. I have been watching Angeles city walking videos and if you watch the ones from this year their walking street is pretty much dead compared to other years. I heard cebu was fun for meeting girls but the street you just walked down looks like any other street nothing crazy. Being a young 30 something looking to meet girls and have fun is Cebu still an option? Are there at least massage parlours? That one bar you walked by had some cute ones is that the only option for girls is to go into those type of bars? No more street girls? IM confused is it dead?

Maybe in 1990's, I was in Angeles when a girl was fought dead in American Hotel. The girl was cut up and found in a suitcase left in a room. The customer was Korean but never caught. The story got around and many bargirls would not stay at the hotel or have seen her ghost in the halls.
Eurotel was one of the first hotels i stayed back in the early 2000 but wasnt as nice as it is now

Brian, check out Oasis hotel near to clarkton, now they got their buffet breakfast back its great, rooms bit dated but spacious and lovely kidney shape swimming pool away from walking street….

To the foreigners watching. Most of the people here that ask for money are extremely poor or in need. I told my wife when she lived in LA that homeless people in the US are drug addicts or mentally ill and to stay away from them.
Most likely but hard to say no with people that have little kids as a parent with little kids.

i was in eurotel 1 time in las pinas ,i rented for 2nights but after night 1 i rent other place bc its nothing ,tv not working wel ,shower not working wel ,almost no hot water pffffft btw the girl with the kid are from concepcion thats 3 hours with the bus from iloilo city,i have a house there hehe thx for helping them even i dont know the person ,but u are right u have to see who ure helping my english is far from perfect sorry for that✌

It was a dirt road behind the lines and a man's body was lying on the road. All the cars, trucks, tanks and horses had run over him. He was literally as flat as a pancake.
