I have taken three msc cruises so far and I'm going to take another one in February. I have no complaints at all neither about the crew nor about the staff. We enjoyed our vacation. When it comes to food I have to say that I always dine in the restaurants, not in the buffet and I can't complain about the quality at all. I like msc cruises. I have also tried other cruise lines but I prefer msc because the quality you get is definitely worth the price. 😊

I have cruised with MSC on four occasions, unfortunately what you have reported i vehemently disagree. On one cruise we a family of four wanted a change of table as we did not want to be seated with other guests. The maitre de, gave us another table wothout hesitation . The customer service is excellent and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Sorry i think your review is completely baseless.

Sorry to all the haters but these kids are right … Our first cruise was viking and this was our second and there is no comparison… MSC is an abject disaster… Crew was rude and service aweful… My wife has mobility issues and was treated like she didnt belong
I recently finished a cruise with MSC Mervaglia Bahamas and it was amazing , maybe they saw your video because I had not one crew member be rude they were very polite and helpful the food could be better and I only had time for one show and I loved it … Thank you 🙂
Hi guys I had Wi-Fi it was awful, not worth the money a real rip-off but I had a wonderful experience with the crew. I couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve just come off of the virtuoso biggest problem is two hours to get off the ship. I was exhausted but the time I got to the station, the pavements from the station to the ship are diabolical Southampton need to do something about this and the station is scruffy and pathways are closed being partially cited. This was not very helpful to me but there were 6000 people on board quite a lot of children most behaved brilliantly but there were a few troublesome people. Overall I enjoyed it as a single traveller. The only thing I would do is probably have a maximum of 10 days, but that’s a personal choice I miss my cat ha ha ha ha ha ha ha😻😻😻❤️😊

I think they have take a notice of you guys, and what you’ve said all of those things have not been happening last week. The shows I went to all very very good and Elvis night I ABBA Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, wonderful, pianist and singer, great comedian so they must’ve been listening to what you had to say,
I've never heard from anyone that's been on MSC and had a good time
Tried MSC once. Conclusion : It's very much a "Smoke 'n Mirrors" ethos. If you have cause to question something often they've no idea or explanation. We had several Italians on our table and they sent dishes back, often laughing because it was nothing like basic Italian food and on one occasion actually inedible. Enough said.

The worst holiday ever was with NSC in December . Worst thing we ever did. Ship, lovely. Problem, too many people and screaming kids.

Hello sir don't blame the staff blame the management , they are there as slaves especially in the bar and restaurant they have very heavy positions and their salaries are very little , the management is very bad so the crew is very lacking … you have to understand that they are depressed in working hard especially poor people who work on ships as slaves . How tortured they are, the company should be ashamed they are underpaid…

I've enjoyed watching about eight of your cruise reviews. I must admit this current experience you describe, with numerous aspects of unpleasant service and gross passenger misbehavior is why I guess I'll never take a modern cruise ship to anywhere.
i was on a cruise with msc lirica five months ago.two bad things happened on that ship.number one: i got sic.(fever and a lot of coughing) number two: we were supposed to visit cadiz and ceuta.those stops were cancelled due to bad weather.other than that; the cruise was good value for the money.the staff was respectful and helpful towards me and the mood on the ship was very good.not perfect in any way but i can recommend it.
Currently on this cruise and wish so much I listened to you…. This cruise has been awful… from our room being flooded by sewage, to the food being completely sub par…. My husband’s cheese platter literally had saltines! We never take vacations and wasted 7 days on this boat! 🤢😢

I recently joined a cruise group and they have an MSC cruise booked in November 2023 and I was thinking of going as it’s during my birthday. Thank you for your honesty. I’m completely turned off I would never cruise with now! I’m fairly new to cruising so far I’ve been on 2 Carnival
and 1 Norwegian all three were wonderful experiences. Customer service, the food and entertainment are very important to me next to the ship’s look and amenities. You just saved me the money, time and disappointment for my birthday. Between your video and another that I watched from an African American man who explained of the racism that he experienced on MSC no thank you! I will stick to Carnival, Norwegian and will try other cruise lines.
