  1. Oh man this project shutting down really affected JB economy especially after the whole covid pandemic. This could have really brought a lot of new investments into JB

  2. cant china just sell it to malaysia or something at big discount to cut losses. and then just make units more affordable

  3. local film producers should take advantage of the vibe and use the place as the backdrop of an apocalyptic movie

  4. Deffo bad vibe here….my aunt hand religious beads broke when she came here to see the public access beach and duty free…

  5. Still look pretty good and tidy though. We can't say it's abandoned completely. Just that the Covid has temporarily holding back people from travelling to stay in Malaysia.

  6. and i dont understand malaysian praising this forest city is a success company…..

  7. Not sure about the "City" part but it definitely is making good progress in becoming a "Forest" 😂

  8. sometimes i went to a restaurant at the beach at the village which is like 3-5km from forest city. Me and my family are probably able to see it but im still wondering how it actually looks like closely

  9. American Movie maker can shoot RISE OF THE PLANET APES 2. really suitable location.

  10. Most hated "city" in Malaysia. Facts. Basically giving the land to the Chinese, making those units too fucking expensive for the citizens to get one, destroying the environment and even chinese people who bought those units want to sue the company.

  11. 😁I heard the Chinese buyer cursed the Forest City developer family and ancestor because the developer trying to play Forest Gump buat bodoh.

  12. This city are named as "forest". In order to make it reality u have to give some times to let it be like a forest.

  13. Hello, I'm from Germany and interested in buying Appartement. But I saw on other videos that there are many many Indian people is that true? Chinese and Malay people are good I like but Indians I don't like.

  14. The same exact problem every time, they make it too expensive and limit how much they can spend, nobody ever learns

  15. No, Mahathir Mohamed, the prev prime minister made a decree the foreigners cannot purchase and own a property in Forest City. Hence the development stopped..
its not owned my Malaysian Government but a China MNC company.
its still expensive and way above an average Malaysian paygrade…

  16. It was always going to be a failure. That doesn't mean some people didn't make a great deal of money. JB is full of failed developments, this one is just the biggest.

  17. Kok boleh warga negara asing membeli property di negara malaysia

  18. Hey cool, another failure by China because of itself. Good job China, you communist landmass cosplaying as a country who's government thinks governing a nation means keeping everyone under its boot, all while trying to look good.
