Chicken Cuisine “Bunchou” is run by the owner, who has been a great lover of chicken since childhood.
The owner carefully selects the best parts of high-grade local chicken for his dishes, so you can enjoy the true taste of chicken.
The liver is fresh, crispy, and has a strong umami taste without any peculiarities, which may surprise those who have never had good quality chicken liver yakitori before.
The skin is superb with a rich, non-habitual oil, and the freshness and quality of the ingredients are impressive.
All the other skewers and dishes on the menu are also highly satisfying, with the owner’s special attention to detail.
