Assuming a 15% profit margin and an operation over a year of 313( being 52 days discounted as holidays or weekly offs ) theyre still able to churn out a whopping 2.8 million in profits a year by selling 6000 units a day.
Please inform me if any of my assumptions seem erroneous as ive got no actual experience in the food industry so maybe my profit margin assumption might be more or less or the days worked a year might be
