This is a walking tour around Meigetsuin Temple (ζ˜Žζœˆι™’) in Kamakura, Japan. The temple is also known as Hydrangea Temple (Ajisaidera) because of its hydrangeas that bloom during the rainy season. Meigetsu means “bright moon”, so rabbits are associated with the temple in connection to Japanese folklore about a rabbit pounding rice cake on the moon.πŸŒ•
