Our channel continues to follow the path of the strange typhoon Khanun. The typhoon has already hit Japanese Okinawa and seems to have gone to China, but then turned around and returned to Japan. Pay attention to the strange trajectory of movement. Typhoon Khanun has now passed Amami-Oshima in Kagoshima Prefecture and is heading towards Kyushu. Strong winds, storm surges and heavy rains are expected in Kyushu tomorrow. Wind speeds are also expected to rise to 140 km/h (87 mph), up from the current 110 km/h (68 mph).
Further, according to forecasts, the typhoon is expected to hit most of South Korea, with the exception of the southwestern coast of South Jeolla province. Heavy rainfall is expected in the southern areas of Busan and Ulsan between late Wednesday and Thursday evenings. And in the regions of Daegu, North Gyeongsang Province and the central province of North Chungcheong, strong winds are expected due to the typhoon.
