So, it’s back to the grind so to speak, but before the work week starts, we have the weekend to explore. I was lucky enough to be informed that one of the favourite (and probably the best) buffet in Vancouver has re-opened. I couldn’t resist and had a great dinner with friend Nicole with live Jazz performances, great food selections from a live pasta station, to perfectly prepared west coast seafood. And it keeps getting better as we were told not to miss the brunch buffet they have on Sundays!

I couldn’t resist another visit and was glad I did! Tender roast lamb, a flakey salmon wellington and all seafoods and meats were done to succulent perfection. Thank you for joining!

    its too bad she didnt want to dine with you again. i would have been honored to eat another meal with you. if you ever come to norther, va (usa) i would love to take you to a couple of local buffets. its not fancy, but they are affordable with tons of food. just say the word and I would be thrilled to have you as a visitor to our local food. 😊

    When most people think about my side of the continent(Boston) they think of Lobster 🦞. When thinking of yours it's definitely Salmon. Serving it cooked Wellington style is so interesting 😋

I can't agree with you more. I liked so much your humor that the the salmon on the verge of dry was rescued by hollandaise, hahaha.
