Uncle Rikuro’s Cheese cake – Jiggly cheesecake Osaka Japan
I had a vision of me eating three of Uncle Rikuro’s cheesecakes. I easily cleared the challenge in my dreams. That was before I saw them in person at Shin-Osaka Station.
I tried to hang with Yuka Kinoshita on her level by eating two Rikuro cheesecakes but I couldn’t even do it. My stomach said SHUT IT DOWN. What’s funny is that Yuka Kinoshita ate two, but I rewatched the video and she actually talked about wanting to buy THREE CHEESECAKES but they didn’t have a third to sell her and that she was pressed for time to catch the Shinkansen. Holy hell.
Uncle Rikuro’s cheesecake is REALLY good. That jiggle is mesmerizing. As well as super fluffy. I would love to drizzle some blueberry sauce or chocolate on top of the cheesecake next time. I think that would make it even better. Or if you could have them make it with blueberries or chocolate chips instead of raisins. UNCLE CHRIS CHEESECAKES ANYONE?
