   Did you noticed that Bento section of convenience stores in Okinawa in not as extensive as ones in Tokyo. The reason why is there are so many affordable local Bento shops in Okinawa, and chunky bentos are sold around 350-500 yen. If you see a number of on-street parking cars while you are driving on local street around noon, there must be a popular bento shop nearby. That's a tip to enjoy/experience real Okinawa.
