We are exploring Japan, and one thing that has been said about Japan is that it has the kindest people on earth. So today we got to experience Japan and its incredible hospitality. Our journey around Kochi, Japan started with a trip to the local market, the oldest market in Japan in fact. We were then guided to some of Kochi’s most traditional locations, such as The Makino Botanical Gardens, The Chikurinji Temple, Kochi Castle and we got to take part in a Japanese craft called Washi Paper. Throughout all this we got to meet some of the kindest people we have ever met. We can confirm that Japan does infact have the kindest people on earth and we absolutely love travelling in Japan. We have so much left to explore in Japan so please make sure to subscribe.

  1. 5:43 Forget the wrap around fan in Japan, get that fan jacket the man in front of her has. 13:52 Did you she explain the purpose of flipping the cup upright? It is to clean the handle for the next person to use. So you really should be holding the hand at the end of the tip. 🙂 14:20, This pagoda looks so much like the the pagoda inside the Uneo zoo and Asakusa in tokyo.

  2. I am invested in your travels and your over the top level of respect that you have for the places that you both have been. You cannot be called tourists because you are both very respectful visitors, which is reflected in the kindness that everyone you meet extends to you both. Looking forward to your next post.

  3. Really looking forward to this series. Been to Japan a couple of times and just love the people, culture and food. Could easily live there. You have to try Japanese potato salad. I don't know what they do to it but it's just yum. If you like white coffee grab a hot can out of a vending machine. Its sweet. I think it's made with condensed milk. Then there is a dish that is made with cabbage but like a omelette. Don't know what it's called but so good. If you go down to Hiroshima as I suggested in a earlier post do the museum. Brilliant. And if you have time a visit to Bunny Island out of Hiroshima. So cute. And something I would love to do but never get organised Mario Kart on the streets of Tokyo. There was talk this would be stopped so may not happen anymore. I could easily spend 6 months travelling around Japan. So much to see.

  4. Japanese people are the nicest kindest people on earth. They are very caring and open hearted. They love a great long deep conversation with strangers. They are social butterflys. Very outgoing and fun. Open minded and nothing to hide. They say Japanese are the most fun and outgoing in asia. They love a good crazy loud party.
