Vos pizzas à l'américaine c'est ce qu'on nomme en Italie de la focaccia, un vrai pizzaïolo serait mort de rire en voyant le terme "pizza"pour les qualifier. Le style "américain" a parfois une pâte plus épaisse, mais pas partout, à Chicago la pâte est surfine (normal savoir-faire importé de Sicile). Sinon niveau qualité de travail, j'ai apprécié la propreté du second et la protection du dernier. Pour moi les seules pizzas sont celles faites par le second restaurant. Sa pâte était aussi beaucoup plus belle et il a apporté un soin très particulier à la préparation des garnitures. C'est vraiment une personne qui aime son travail et qui aime le transmettre. Je n'ai pas ressentit ce soin chez les deux autres.
