  2. New York is nowhere near KL. In KL there is no gun violence, shooting of black people, open display of racism, graffiti, drug addicts, homeless, etc. The streets are safe day and night even for single women

  3. You can walk from Pavilion to KLCC by using the pedestrian walkway that you can find at the back of the mall. You can also go to one area to another using the GO KL free bus services.

  4. Typically you need to mix the noodles with the ingredients before eating in Malaysia. It felt like you finished the ingredients before you reached the noodles? With rice, we have tendency to add some ingredients with the rice mouthful per mouthful ๐Ÿ˜…

  5. If you are trying durian, a lot will suggest Musang King or Black Thorn durian as the best durian, however the flavour is more pungent for a foreigner palate. Can I suggest you ask for Red Prawn Durian? It is less pungent, sweeter, more custard like texture which I feel it's a better introduction to foreigner's palate

  6. Your handbag being stolen is the least of your worries. But what shocked me when I was in KL was that someone told me that somebody may put drugs in my bag when he saw my camera bag was open. So, even though KL maybe relatively safe, you never know when you may get unlucky

  7. When eating dry noodles, itโ€™s easier to eat it if u mix a little bit of the soup in it to loosen up the noodles

  16. 1st and foremost, welcome to Malaysia ๐Ÿ™ besides lot 10 basement food court, you can walk further to Jalan Alor (if weather is desirable) where most food stalls close till late hours around 2am with outdoor seating. Be safe and hope you 2 have a pleasant stay here!

  18. Chopstick 8n bowl of food is not offensive but Chinese do that when offering food to the dead just like in prayer ..so is not a nice scene..lol

  19. In future when u eating dry noodle..u can always add in a little broth to lubricate a little for better taste..

  20. LOT 1 basement food is an easy one stop to experience type of Malaysian food. But cross the street u have Ah LOY street food where u get the real street food deal.

  21. Use chopsticks with spoon and youโ€™ll enjoy the food. Trick is each spoonful should include some noodle/rice with vege or meat. Thatโ€™s how you get a complete taste every mouthful. Enjoy your food !

  22. All Malls have a food court and food is great… we just need to foos courts to escape the heat… that is to say street food on the street are just as great…

  23. He said 'enak' it means bahasa Indonesia is more familiar to foreigners than Malay Malaysian.

    Not to mention the fact Malay Malaysian is weakening as an official language in Malaysia. More and more Malay abandon their language… So sad.

  24. The next time you eat any dry noodles or rice, put some noodles or ice and meat on the spoon, then you can you can really enjoy the combination of carbohydrates and protein with the flavours of the respective sauces. Enjoy.

  25. If you want somewhere cheap to shop, I suggest Berjaya Times Square or Sungei Wang. And for our IT hub, you can go to Low Yat. And for somewhere to eat, you can try Kampung Baru area.

  26. If you have a hard time to get Chinese dishes just came to Malay or Indian restaurant we are open 24 hour per day ๐Ÿ˜ฎ..The popular food for Malay is "nasi lemak"
