D: Hey, Maple! Did you realize it’s been a year since we started our YouTube channel?
M: Really? Time flies. I’ve been having a blast trying out various experiences.
D: Same here. By the way, remember how we revisited some of our favorite restaurants?
M: Oh, right!
D: Let’s reminisce about the places we went to for their amazing cuisine.
M: Sounds like a plan.

【Masaki (Chinese cuisine)】
D: You know, you had never been to the Chinese restaurant Masaki.
M: That’s right. I was really curious about it. Wasn’t the chef twice on a TV show called “Jobtune”?
D: Ya, that’s right. Seeing him as a judge on TV showed his expertise.
M: That was really cool.
D: I really wanted to take you there, and we finally made it happen.
M: It was fabulous! I thoroughly enjoyed their food. All the dishes in the full-course meal were fantastic!

【Yasaka (Curry restaurant)】
D: Yasaka is a popular restaurant known for its excellent curry.
M: Absolutely fantastic. Last time, I tried their regular menu item, the Pork Curry. They mentioned using local pork called Ryujinbuta from Inasa for that curry.
D: I’ve never heard of that name before. How was it?
M: The pork was tender and had a sweet taste. I heard they simmered it for over 6 hours.
D: Wow, that’s quite elaborate!
I went for the Brazilian Curry, which was a bit spicy and cooked with pork belly. It was really delicious!
M: They also have a menu called Yasaka Curry, which combines the Pork Curry and the Brazilian Curry.
D: That’s interesting. It must be a great combination and worth trying as well.

【Ichimonji Yui (Ramen shop)】
D: Whenever I think of ramen, this place always brings a smile to my face.
M: I noticed that their menu was different when we visited recently.
D: Oh ya, that’s right. So I ordered their recommendation, the Ramen with edible chrysanthemum leaf.
M: I went for the Salt Garlic Ramen.
D: Both our ramen dishes were salt-based. I love their light and flavorful savory ramen! The flat noodles I had were really tasty and had a great texture.
M: They looked amazing.
D: The vegetables complemented the other flavors perfectly.
M: Look. The heart is so cute.
D: How was yours?
M: Mine had a strong garlic flavor and it was super delicious.
D: That’s great to hear. And let’s not forget, their fried rice is amazing too!
M: I agree.

【VIVO (Fine dining)】
D: The first time we went to VIVO was last Christmas.
M: Ya, Santa gave me a beautiful dress, so I wore it there.
D: Oh right. The ambiance is really nice, so it’s a great place for a special night out.
M: Exactly. It’s also perfect for a girls’ night out.
D: Just a reminder, you still can’t drink yet, okay.
M: I know. They have some healthy drinks, so last time I had one when I went with my friends.
D: It sounds like a good selection.
M: Their food is outstanding too!

【Hamanabo (Seafood restaurant)】
D: Hamanabo is a restaurant I had never been to before.
M: Ya, my friend Sachi took me there.
D: After watching the video of you and Sachi enjoying their dishes, I couldn’t wait to try their food. So when I finally went there and tasted their fabulous dishes, I was overjoyed!
M: Wasn’t it impeccable?
D: Totally!
They use fresh seafood, so we had the opportunity to try various types of fish cooked in different styles.

D: Let’s talk about some other restaurants that we regularly return to next time.
M: That sounds like a fun idea!
