今回のはそのお隣の大久保の茶屋のお蕎麦屋さんを動画です
どちらのおそば屋さんも古くからの歴史があり美味しいお蕎麦を提供してくれます

戸隠そばは基本はぼっち盛りが特徴でこの盛り方にはいくつかの説がありますその一つが戸隠神社が五社あることに由来しています
それぞれの神様に奉納する思いを込めて五つのボッチ盛りになったとも言われています
大久保西の茶屋と大久保の茶屋この二つのお店は並んでいますどちらも伝統あるお蕎麦屋さんです
Togakushi soba is basically characterized by botchimori, which is derived from the fact that there are five Togakushi shrines.
It is said that there are five botchi servings with the thought of dedicating them to each god.
Okubo Nishi no Chaya and Okubo no Chaya These two shops are next to each other. Both are traditional soba restaurants.
戸隠前回の動画説明
長野市戸隠森林公園に位置するみどりが池周辺は多くの野鳥が生息する場所です
池の近くには観察小屋や八十二のまなびやなどの観察や戸隠の歴史などの見学できる施設が充実しています
動画での鳥の囀りやカエル等はみどりが池周辺の音声です
鏡池は戸隠森林植物園から細い道を車で10分程のところにあります標高1200ｍではまだツツジの蕾の状況でしたが新緑が良い季節です
戸隠に登ってくる途中一の鳥居あたりがオレンジ色に輝いていた場所があったことを思い出し
鏡池の後戸隠神社の宝光社方面に抜けて一の鳥居のツツジを撮影に向かい鮮やかなツツジを撮影しました標高1130ｍ付近が最高の状況です

Kagamiike Pond is about a 10-minute drive along a narrow road from Togakushi Forest Botanical Garden.At an altitude of 1,200m, the azaleas were still in bud, but the fresh green is a good season.
On the way up to Togakushi, I remembered that there was a place where the area around the first torii was shining orange. The best condition is around 1130m above sea level.

時代劇に出てきそうな茶屋ですね。とても美味しそうな蕎麦です。以前お蕎麦屋さんの動画が有りましたね。とても食べてみたいです.暑い夏には冷たいお蕎麦で無く，熱いお蕎麦がいいですね。
