It is our first time trying Indonesian street food in Jakarta today. Jakarta has some incredible Indonesian street food. In this video we try martabak manis, pisang goreng, bakmi and nasi gudeg. We are really falling in love with Indonesian street food already here in Jakarta. The location in this video is Jalan Sabang or Jalan Agus Salim, this street is very popular for Indonesian street food in Jakarta. We also go to two other night market locations in Jakarta. Enjoy this Indonesian street food adventure with us.

  1. Maybe it would be better to try" jajanan di jakarta (street food) It's best to ask to be told how to eat deliciously.Because some Indonesian food is mixed together.I hope you can enjoy all the food in a more delicious way .And one more thing, try Indonesian food by hand, ask for water to wash your hands before eating. That would be better..

  2. SUKSES DAN TETAP SEMANGAT BRO & SIST…
    SEMOGA SEHAT SELALU
    🙏❤️🙏

  3. Welcome to Indonesia, i hope you guys enjoy your journey in this beautiful country.

  4. That thing u say "meat" is jackfruit, and that square u call "jackfruit" is cow skin 😅,and tht triangle is tofu😊

  5. These two are legit mad explorers :)) This is a perfect way to have a trip in Jakarta. Hit the road and see if you can cheat the city's notorious traffic and find the great culinary and cultural heritage beneath it. A hint: Indonesia had a brief history under British rule. Sir Stamford Raffles once was a British ruler in Indonesia. There is a small city, south of Jakarta (an hour train ride from Jakarta) where the tomb of Raffles' Irish wife is located. It is within a popular botanical garden that the current Indonesian president chooses to be his official resident. Bonus: You can have a culinary trip in that city at Surya Kencana Street. Find that city! Have fun and be safe!!!

  6. martabak manis actually not the kind of food you eat alone 😂, it meant to be a food you eat during a meet with your friends or family which has at least 4 or 5 people in it, ordering 2 martabak manis for only 2 people actually a big mistake 🤣 even for the smallest martabak manis it should be eaten at least by 3 people.. i prefer martabak telur tho, i can eat the large portion by myself, it's crunchy, meaty, and savory

  7. Fried rice is a favorite food that is very delicious for Indonesians and also around the world, please try it ❤

  8. the thing that you thought was meat actually is the jackfruit 🤣 and the thing that you thought is jackfruit actually a nose of an cow 😂

  9. You have described the Nasi Gudeg ingredients wrongly, here is the correct one; the dark brown one was not a meat that was the Gudeg (jack fruit) and the soft one you said as Jack Fruit was actually a Cow's skin, and the triangle shape was Tofu.

  10. Uwwaoow,,, really appreciate you come to explore our Indonesian's country, food, culture with all of our unix😂❤ thank you. May you can see all of in positive side.😊

  11. Love to see you guys exploring our capital👍

First of all, Martabak is considered as our “holy” food…kidding😂…but you got amazed on your first bite and the guilty feelings come along coz of those calories in it😁

Gudeg is actually a distinct dish from Jogjakarta (hope you guys will visit Jogja as well)…and that brown triangle thingy is not an egg, it’s a tofu

Really nice to see you guys exploring jakarta…hope you guys can also enjoy the modern side of Jakarta and try all kind of our public transport

    Keep up the good work👏

  12. Thats not crispy onion, but that is "kremes", made from chicken broth , added with flour than its fried , it usually comes with fried chicken and sambal
