  1. At 3:49, the quote in orange on the headrest cover is a Korean translation of:
"Nur wer bereit zu Aufbruch ist und Reise,

    Mag lähmender Gewöhnung sich entraffen."
("Only he who is ready to break off and travel
May break free from crippling habituation.")
    by Hermann Hesse

  2. Always fly Jeju Air when Im in Seoul. Flown them to and from Jeju, as well as to Busan and Tokyo also.
    Definitely recommend to others.

  3. Seems like there should be more A330neo on this route and less A320/737. 120 daily flights just calls for bigger planes

  4. I’m going to the philippines with jeju air this May, bought the flight tickets for approx. $100 USD!

  5. Fun fact: This plane used to be registered G-FDZA and fly for TUI UK, I flew on it myself in 2012 from HER-LGW. It looks as though the interior is still the same as it was for TUI.

  6. Legroom is absolutely expected. First, it's a B738, the best plane for LCC (from pax view of point). Second, this is one of the first rows. 99.99% that it's going to be quite good or even excellent legroom.

  7. Great video!
I really wish the authorities open up Gimpo for more international flights just like Tokyo has done with Haneda. It would some serious competition to ICN!

  8. Thanks as always David for another excellent flight and pretty solid one that…especially for the price !! Thanks again mate !!

  9. One of those flights where you spent more time passing through security and the tarmac bus ride, than time spent on the plane.

  10. 여행을 떠날 각오가 되어 있는 사람만이 자신을 묶고있는 속박에서 벗어날수 있다. -헤르만 헤세

  11. KAL and asiana used their Jumbos before LLC was created….back in the days 90s

  12. These low cost carriers are all over asia. Unlike the pioneer in the space they're trying to copy (Southwest airlines) these carriers will nickel and dime you to death if you're not careful.

  13. 5:09 Jeju air also have Busan/Gimhae – Singapore routes since late 2019 with their new B737-8LC (B737-800, code 'LC' is Jeju Air's BCC code).

B737-8LC is a little bit different than other Jeju Air's B737-800. Three B737-8LC have a Premium Economy seats called 'New Class' .

However, due to COVID-19, Busan-Singapore routes are closed in 2020….

  14. Jeju Air is similar to Cebu Pacific. Jeju Air's main hub is Seoul instead of Jeju and Cebu Pacific on the other hand operates in Manila as their main hub instead of Cebu however, Cebu Pacific also operates in Cebu as one of their secondary hubs while Jeju Air does not operate flights out of Jeju as their hub.
