    I might be 11 months late, but at 3:44 when you're laying out the cheese, theres a much easier way to do it. Take both hands and lay them on both side of the cheese, almost as if you're about to squish the cheese between your hands, then press down and TWIST, and boom, all of your cheese is exactly how you laid it out in 1/10th of the time.
