Pretty decent apt
If there's 1 or 2 people, it doesn't where the washer is.
Somehow this looks like an apartment originally designed for more Asian nomad aesthetics and then had western aesthetics cramped on it.
пандус в подъезде это хорошо, но он облицован скользкими плитами. это не очень удобно, есть возможность подскользнуться
How cool is it to learn English with Russell!!! Many thanks 👍
I would move into this place with no reservations at all. What would the cost to buy such a place be?
You did a good job on the video, but that apartment is very unattractive and needs to be gutted – everything has to go. The views are bad too and there are no trees or any greenery at all on the property. The price is great.
I refer to the engineered floors as ‘laminate’ floors. Really smart apart with that large lounge and tall ceilings. The decor reminds me of the villa my folks had when they lived in Dubai for a few years. $500 per month is the same as £398 per month here in the UK and that’s the bargain of the century! £398 per month here will barely get you a single room bedsit. This spacious apartment would cost you at least $2.5-3k here! And that’s being conservative. Mind blowing. Great video!
Ok, you asked, I clicked. New subscriber here. 🙂 Although I could live there, it would take a lot of getting used to things. Everything is strange there to me from downtown Chicago. Not bad strange. Just different. Isn't it amazing how all parts of the world are a little, or a lot, different?
Dead goat polo. ( Kok Boru) This is the national sport. Never could have guessed that one.
This apartment is really quite nice and yes I agree that the switches should be on the other side of bathroom door. It is odd they put the washer where they did but I suppose there is no other spot with that Goliath shower. Great price! and all those finishes are pretty nice. I think it’s really lovely. Living room is very big as you point out. The tiles in entry are beautiful. Tiny kitchen but these people paid attention to finishes everywhere. Really nicely done. Thanks for another great tour ( my third with you).
Great stuff 👍
Interesting ….
So much wasted space. Was the architect on drugs?
I'm from the USA Russell and I am interested in the way other countries live, how much they pay to buy or rent, I happened to come across your channel I like the way you do the videos of the apartments and the grocery stores and shops! Keep up the good work
For sure I would live there! Very nice!
We call those step up ceilings. $500.00- It's pretty big for that price. It's kinda unbelievable. You could always put a table cloth over the washing machine, if you are having people over. It is a nice apartment. I live in the country, in Texas, so city living is not what we do. But, I could certainly be comfortable in this place, if we lived in a city. The rent is great.
If it were a Paris apartment, the rent would be about 3500€ a month unfurnished.
You couldn't live in a homeless shelter in Australia for that price
I always wonder where all the people are. With all the housing there should be people everywhere.
As a U.S. Citizen, if I was ever allowed to enter Russia, the authorities would immediately flag me, initiate charges and I’m thrown in prison for life.
The bottom line is this is entirely useless information for many people who would not be given the same privileges as you given your from Australia.
In the USA we call the recessed ceiling a "tray ceiling."
I prefer birds!
It is beautiful and the price in USD is fabulous… I love the security and the children. Did you have a chance to look out the window at night? It looks like the buildings around would give a beautiful night time city scape with all the lights of the city. That is such a big thing if you live in a large city in the USA, the lights from the city. Of course those of us that live in the Country, it's the quiet peacefulness, and not having a ton of city lights.
This was a great video, as always! You are a pleasure to watch and your videos are always so good.
The stores at the bottom of the apartments are fascinating to me. The convenience is wonderful.
Thank you again for letting us tag along. I would certainly rent this as a Air B&B
(I agree with the washing machine in the dining room, but, for the shower, I guess it's a good trade off. I would definitely want a bigger kitchen.. but this is beautiful!!
Be blessed my friend
Good looking apartment!
U.S. cities are less and less safe. You don't discuss safety/crime. Can you walk the dog at night? I don't see any dogs.
Hello love your videos 👍
Wow!!!! $500. Great for my wife and I. I’m retired. I pay $1200 a month for nothing special in Florida. No dryer. What a shame.
Russell, you would make a fortune if you could import stackable washer and dryer units. And it would fit where you have the washer. Or import a washer/dryer in a single unit.
The stackables are popular in the US. The single units are popular in England.
How did you travel? By train? If so, how was it? A walk to some of the shops and restaurants would be helpful.
For goodness sake, just hide the washing machine (if it bothers you) inside a piece of furniture. A buffet or sideboard would be useful as well as decorative.
For that price and it's a good-looking apartment I don't know about that washer in the dining room and I have seen some of your other videos do they not have clothes dryers in Russia but the $500 a month I think I can do without a dryer and I can live very comfortably there in that apartment come to the states and find out what a $500 apartment would look like if you find one
I love that apartment and for only $500 a month – where I'm at in the U.S. that would run anywhere from $1,000 a month up to about $1,800 a month depending on what part of the U.S. you're looking at.
Absolutely gorgeous and only $500 a month?! I would take this apartment in an instant if it weren’t located in another country.
Помню, в 2021 году можно было снять однушку в таком доме за 250 баксов в месяц, теперь же цены выросли раза в два. А жаль, хотелось бы пожить в этой стране хоть немного
yes, I could live there, especially for the money. I don't mine the washing machine in the dining room. really nice.
That is for hot water on demand it does not heat your water constantly but it heats it instantly
I don’t like it!
I still would nt like to live in Russia , nor visit !!! Not my kind of country but never less good to see ❤
As a Nyer i could def live in this space.
Super nice!❤
That is a trey ceiling
Russell, this apartment is amazing. It's so beautiful. I could definitely live there. And the price is so inexpensive. What a dream home.
Having the wash machine in the dining area is a good trade off for having that marvelous shower area. It’s a really lovely apartment!
what are the wages? this rent very inexpensive , but cant compare to Sydney till I know the wages. needs new decor, sorry to say but the colors are awful.
late comment. in my appartment bldg some units have washing machine behind a door between the kitchen & living room.
In US, when you say Elite apt for rent , will cost $5K and above per month
Why so cheap for that apt you described as elite ? Is it the area that makes the rent that low?
When you compare this to a typical NYC apartment it is twice the size or more plus in building parking. This would probably rent for $3k a month there with an extra $1.5k if it included the parking. Not too shabby.
Washing machine in the dining room…deal breaker. But then again I am a “spoiled” American.
