  1. I thought japanese people also use the "finger method" in cooking rice.

  2. Hello Mana, I was able to buy kangkong here in Japan. Some supermarkets sell. Just use hourenso if wala ka makita. Tapos you can replace the sinigang mix with lemon, that is healthier 😉
Enjoy learning how to cook other Filipino dishes.
    Ganbatte ne❣️

  3. Mana-san, you did a very great job!! Keep up the good work you make us happy keep that in mind 💖

Next try to cook adobo its also easy to makeee hehee

  4. People also use milk fish/ Bangus and chicken also for sinigang and alternative to Kangkong is Camote tops / Talbos ng Kamote which looks exactly the same except that the stem on Kangkong is hollow than that think of it as Broccoli and Cauliflower comparison

  5. Why not teach mana the real tamarind version of sinigang? Since it is the 1st time

  6. Next time with your Filipino friend, you can go to public market for your grocery. It is much cheaper to buy there than supermarket. And you can make TAWAD (discount) to some seller.

  7. hello Mana-san. why did you choose Philippines? maybe you have answered that in the past but im new to your contents. of course ive seen some in facebook, one that i can't forget is the PH-care that you used as facial wash :D, well some of us here use that as shampoo 😀
