Thank you for showing me the condition of the road. It generally looks good. However, I have read about people coming off their scooters on the very steep hairpin parts of the road, which is a concern. Just how bad is it? If it is anything like the steep hill climb up to Koh Samui's Jungle Club then I would not like to try. I am a licensed motorcycle rider, so how easily can a scooter conquer Koh Chang's very steep hills?
