My first stop off Hiroshima’s Meipuru-pu Sightseeing Bus (covered by JRPass) was the Hiroshima Castle. Everyone bowed upon passing thru the initial torii gate. The area was surrounded by a moat so there were bridges at various sides.
It was an early visit, serene and calming, the sound of crows linger with the rustling of leaves. I had an awesome walk.
I went back to the bus stop and waited for the Meipuru-pu. Next on my list was the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome.
