Hard Flight
Terrible service for decades. I am still awaiting my refund for a flight Air Canada cancelled. The folks at customer service keep giving different answers about when to expect a refund. I spent 3 hours on hold several times in the past two weeks. Service is beyond awful and flights are usually canceled or delayed. The most recent flight was my 3rd from NYC to visit a hospitalized relative in western Canada. Air Canada is a shameful representation of a national airline. I would not recommend them to anyone

All Fuc*d up. Forced me to checkin my bag and charged me $100 then lost my bags. Now they cannot fu***g locate the bag. They wont fuc***ng pick up phone calls at central baggage.. Horrible (%^&&**((((()))&^&%*&&

Booked for LHR>YUL, YYZ>LHR trip in September. Got a great price on the ticket, (£960 for 2) so decided to give it a go! Surely that flight is NOT the norm for AC? 😮
