A must see for any trip to Kyoto is the famous Nishiki Market. It features food stalls, restaurants, shops, and has some of the best street food in Kyoto. The origins of the market can be traced back to over a thousand years. The interesting thing is how clean the market is – you won’t even find a gum wrapper on the floor.
