Can you share a bit about the prices of the meals and drinks?
Love following your journey! I have walked the Portuguese and Ingles Camino routes so far and hoping to do the Norte next, or at least a section of it. I would prefer to walk a coastal section as like you, I love being by the ocean. Buen Camino! β€
Nothing wrong with stopping for a treat, eating yummy food&having wineππ
Yet another detour suggestion for folks doing this section: when you get to the highway crossing at 7:52, go in the opposite direction of the arrow and it'll eventually take you to Playa de Barayo, an amazing secluded beach which is also a wildlife preserve. From there you can walk along the Senda Costa visiting more beautiful beaches all the way to Navia. This was one of my top three favorite walks of the trip.
Crossing into Galicia is always emotional because that's when you know your journey is coming to an end. I hope you all got to enjoy Cathedral Beach, which is about 10km away from Ribadeo but so worth checking out. It's a great way to say goodbye to the ocean.
