This week we catch the second half of our trip in Hiroshima, kicking it off with the famous Flower Festival! We heard this year that the G7 Summit changed the date and effected the turn out, but we still had an absolute blast!
After that we head to Miyajimacho Island to see the Itsukushima Jinja temple and their absolutely famous in the water gate! We rented some bikes and explored the less seen parts of the island which put us in the Land of the Deer.
To end it on a more somber note, We visited the Hiroshima Peace Park, the atomic bomb dome, and Hiroshima peace museum.
