This week we went to the amazing city of Lisbon, Portugal. My sister Olivia and I spent a couple of days in a really cute apartment in the historic district of Alfama. We visited Belem Tower, bought some really overpriced tourist stuff and had some incredible food at a bunch of restaurants and bars spread across the city. It was a flying visit but we managed to have a really fun and action packed adventure.

  1. This week we went to the amazing city of Lisbon, Portugal. My sister and I spent a couple of days in a really cute apartment in the historic district of Alfama. We visited Belem Tower, bought some really overpriced tourist stuff and had some incredible food at a bunch of restaurants and bars spread across the city. It was a flying visit but we managed to have a really fun and action packed adventure. Hope you enjoy watching as much as we did filming ❤

  2. My gods guys, cannot believe you only bought one 'pastel de nata' each?!! They used to be bigger when I was a child X:)

  3. Great video. Quick tip for next time at Pastéis de Belem: you can bypass the queue and sit down inside (it’s actually a huge place on the inside) and you can see how it’s made as you pass by the kitchen, read some historic stuff on the walls, and have a nice coffee. It’s actually pretty cool on the inside.

  4. Love you too Kenny!!!! I miss you already. Wish I could just pop into the house and say good morning again.

  5. Don't you just hate putting loved ones on a plane that takes them away from you? You do a great job being an annoying brother.

  6. That compass wind rose near the "Padrão dos Descobrimentos" was offered by the South Africa's government to Portugal in 1960.

  7. Bye bye Libby, as always a lovely addition to Ken & Gina's videos. Great video Ken. If you need a house sitter I'll offer my help. Patrick

  8. Mainly a long tourist selfie here….
You really seem to love filming yourselves, maybe town here not so interesting?
It ' s damn hilly, not very big, people here speak som weird language etc.

  9. At Pastéis de Belém you didn't need to wait in the line. The line is only for those who want to take away (at least it was, all the times I was there, but I haven't been there in years). You could have entered, without any line, sit at a table and comfortably order some pastéis and whatnot to have at the table.

  10. Hi Ken, another great video!, you make my Sunday mornings so much more relaxing. Do you have any videos on how you obtain citizenship in Portugal and the steps involved? Thank you, Al from California.USA

  11. Pastéis de Belém…….vocês sao gulosos.
Vai a vila Nogueira de azeitao comer tortas de azeitao e ir às caves José Maria da Fonseca, vinho ( wine)

  12. I watched this on Patreon. I guess I forgot to respond. It is a great video of Lisbon, the historical parts. Pastel de nada! Love them. Happy Pineapple hut! Just great! I love the Explorer Statue! Some of them guys ended up in the America's! Liv's Right!!! Fantastic!! I hope she arrived safe in Utah! 🙏❤️🇺🇸🇵🇹⛵️👣😊😊

  13. DAMN Ken… you are as much a pain in the ass , as my hubby is to his sister 😂😂😂 but really nice to have such a great relationship with your siblings 👍👍👍 great video BTW ❤

  14. Lisbon is such a beautiful city. We have been many times. You always find something new you haven't seen before. Harriet and I are so sad to see Livvie go home. We love her. Will she ever have her own YouTube channel ? Great Video Ken. Hope you , Gina and the dogs are doing ok. Sending you much love from a hot and rainy Richmond, Va. Jim, Harriet and Yuki

  17. Ken, your sense of humour is wickedly good, and Olivia is a star for her matching you, cut and thrust, when you teased her. The sibling affections shines through it all, in any case. Would more siblings in this world be like you, it would be a happier place.

  18. Great seeing your sister again Ken. I remember last year you both stayed at a hotel but I think where you stayed this time is real value for money. Awesome video! Even though you got lost we benefitted by seeing the Lisbon less filmed. Keep up the great work Ken.

  19. Great mini tour of Lisbon, hope your sister and her bags all arrived safely together 👍👍.

  20. Great tour of Lisbon. I have been there but did not see the areas that you showed. The apartment is a great idea. The fado places are amazing. You do have to watch out for pick pockets.

  21. You guys look very Azorean especially Olivia, probably just the Flemish genes which is common in the Azores. You guys should do a DNA reveal video to see if you have any Portuguese genes lol

  22. Thank you for the foot tour of Belém and the Alfama! It's nice to see it again- you touring is a great surrogate for those that can't be there right now. Know that after the end of September, all those queues go away and the residents are relaxed from not having to deal with all the tourists.
