戸隠山は日本の神話、天岩戸伝説で岩戸にお隠れになった天照大神（あまてらすおおみかみ）を元に導くため　天手力雄命（あめたじからおのみこと）がその岩の扉を放り投げたその岩が戸隠山となったと言われています

⚪️九頭龍社の御祭神は戸隠山の守護神で天手力雄命を戸隠山にお迎えした九頭龍大神です
戸隠神社五社巡りで人気の奥社と九頭龍社の動画です
奥社入口から約15分で隋神門になります門を過ぎると太い杉並木が両脇にそびえ立ち森林浴と野鳥の鳴き声を聴きながら奥社に向かいます、隋神門から奥社までは約25分です

This is a video of Okusha and Kuzuryusha, which are popular during the tour of the five Togakushi shrines.
It takes about 15 minutes from the entrance of Okusha to reach the Suijinmon Gate. After passing through the gate, you will head to Okusha while listening to the chirping of wild birds and listening to the sounds of the forest and the thick cedar trees on both sides.It takes about 25 minutes from the Suijinmon to Okusha.

パワースポットで知られる戸隠神社中社からスタートして奥社方面に向かい左側に鏡池の看板が見えてきます看板のところを左折して道なりに車を走らせますと右に鏡池が見えてきます入り口付近に数台止められる駐車場がありますが比較的満車のことが多いのでその先の広い駐車場までの案内です、帰りはそのまま下り宝光社までの案内です

Tournez à gauche au panneau et continuez le long de la route, et vous verrez l’étang Kagami sur votre gauche. Il y a un parking pour plusieurs voitures à proximité, mais il est souvent relativement plein, nous vous guiderons donc vers le grand parking devant vous.

浅川ループラインで戸隠神社に行く場合も大座法師池に突き当たりを右折します

戸隠そばは基本はぼっち盛りが特徴で戸隠神社が五社あることに由来しています
それぞれの神様に奉納する思いを込めて五つのボッチ盛りになったと言われています

大久保西の茶屋と大久保の茶屋この二つのお店は並んでいますどちらも伝統あるお蕎麦屋さんです

Togakushi soba is basically characterized by botchimori, which is derived from the fact that there are five Togakushi shrines.
It is said that there are five botchi servings with the thought of dedicating them to each god.

Okubo Nishi no Chaya and Okubo no Chaya These two shops are next to each other. Both are traditional soba restaurants.

長野市戸隠森林公園に位置するみどりが池周辺は多くの野鳥が生息する場所です　
池の近くには観察小屋や八十二のまなびやなどの観察や戸隠の歴史などの見学できる施設が充実しています
動画での鳥の囀りやカエル等はみどりが池周辺の音声です
鏡池は戸隠森林植物園から細い道を車で10分程のところにあります標高1200ｍではまだツツジの蕾の状況でしたが新緑が良い季節です
戸隠に登ってくる途中一の鳥居あたりがオレンジ色に輝いていた場所があったことを思い出し
鏡池の後戸隠神社の宝光社方面に抜けて一の鳥居のツツジを撮影に向かい鮮やかなツツジを撮影しました標高1130ｍ付近が最高の状況です
