Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine is a well-known shrine in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, known for its vermillion-lacquered structures and the Great Stone Steps. Many people visit the shrine since it is a popular tourist attraction. Around 2.5 million people visit there for Hatsumode, especially during the first three days of the New Year (the practice of visiting a shrine or temple during New Years).

for the record you're never supposed to go thought the middle of the gate. 0:49 notice the path is split the middle is for the gods or spirits. Thanks for the share ! stay awesome!
