Tim and Amber discover an okonomiyaki restaurant in an area of Kobe that still shows signs of devastation 28 years after the 1995 earthquake. The owner is a 3rd generation chef who inherited from her grandmother. After our meal, the owner advised us to visit the Matsuo Inari Shrine nearby.
