Very nice ! I like this simple & friendly owner presentation. What would be nice for future interviews is to hear more about their background and how they decide to start their business etc. I think the human aspect would be even more emphasized. By the way, what is the address of this shop in Kagoshima?

I only had the coffee from the Japanese chains while I was in Kagoshima. I'll have to try this when I'm there next (which I hope is soon.)
