Today I spoke with my Real Estate Agent friend Christina about how to buy, invest, and rent real estate in Kenya.
Africa is a great place to invest in real estate for Americans.

  1. How come a real estate person doesn't feel confident about answering how Much a unit costs in Westlands? And can't say between mombasa and Nairobi which is better for Airbnb

  2. I invite you to come to the Republic of Seychelles in East Africa here within the ocean the ideal tourist country in Africa you will love it ❤🎉😊

  3. From an African man´s pespective, good jre-direction, ob young gun! Just need some adjustments here and there (who not), e.g. when you drink something offer her to a drink as well (maybe non-alcoholic on a "business meeting" topic) and she might have not enjoyed the cigar straight in her face ( I would have hate it). I know you are the "player" type, it´s cool I use to be that guy too, but maybe in the club / beach looks cool, but in an business environment?! Check legendary Kevin Samuels (another player of another level). I know player like us, think we can conquer all just by our charisma/looks, it´s not. We need to put skin in the game, and we can, you can!

  4. Bro, I know you feel invincible, but all those cigars gonna lead you to throat cancer down the road

  5. Kenya seniors homes provide better care than Canada I'm sure.

  6. Something Kenyans don't like are cigarretes and the smell of cigarettes. Many people are polite wont say it to yourself, but they hate it.

  7. You are looking like me back in the sixties when I was in the game I had a hat just like that. You are making a tear come to my eyes yes Lord, ah when life was simple for an old player like me. So do your thing young man float like a butterfly and sting like a bee and rumble young man rumble.

  8. Man I’m glad you are still going strong! Thanks for all you’ve done helping men wake up !!!!!

  9. The cigar should’ve waited until end of the interview due to direction the wind was blowing especially towards her face. Great interview though keep up the good work.

  10. Same property law in Nigeria, you lease for 99yrs by the time it expires you lineage would’ve been citizens and own it for life.

  11. Kenya is messed up…All those stated land purchase restrictions Do Not Apply Caucasians, Indians, Chinese, Lebanese…only applies to Black people not amongst the group of Puppets & Sellouts..Kenya is Seriously Messed Up area in Continental Africa.. For Real!

  12. Dear Auston, Know that the increased responsibility of buying property NOW will pale in comparison to the extent that you will be kicking yourself later on when you see how much more expensive properties will have become. Lastly I think certain of these questions you'd be better suited asking a real estate INVESTOR in Kenya to get a better understanding of ROI on properties. Her focus is buying and selling for clients not necessarily owning/controlling properties.

  13. Austin im ready to invest my coins in Kenya brother. I will retire within 5 years and have funds now. Lets get it

  14. When she said not just Westlands as an only investing place but there are other places, she was spot on.

  15. Very hard to choose between Nairobi/Mombasa for real. Mombasa tourism wise chill spots too is coming but I believe we need more Airbnb's and with this in mind being the very first people to go big in this business here (Mombasa) will be getting the bag for a very long time consistently and Nairobi is competitive but still the customer are there to still keep up your business running while expanding at a slow pace. As she said depends on your goals and what areas support it best.

  16. Kenyan banks will offer the facilites to everyone, foreigners included, but thr interest rates are extremely high, usually over 10%. Its better to get the funding from a country where the cost of financing is much lower.

  17. Expats are obsessed with Westlands. There are plenty of other nice areas in Nairobi that would suit people who prefer a different vibe. 😂
