    Honestly Hong Kong is more developed and cleaner than a lot of cities and towns than India.     Love Hong Kong. One of the greatest cities in the world! Lived there for several years, many years ago. A pretty safe city too, considering its size. You can walk around, even late at night, which is very pleasant, without having to worry about your safety.
