that noodle looks so amazing. I love all noodles so I feel curious about its texture. I imagine the noodle must be home made. I used to find a wide noodle like that at the chinese market to make chow fun noodle. but I think the kishimen looks a little bit thinner and maybe a little bit more delicate in texture

夏場や食欲ない時は
きしころが一番です。
こちらのきしめんは幅広で
麺に厚みがなくても
モチモチ感はあるようですね。
