  5. I like the atmosphere of the self-serve restaurant – it has an old school feeling. Japan seems like the seafood capital of the world! The huge variety never ceases to amaze me. Oh Yuzu cider! Great citrus flavor. I really liked the Yuzu beer I tried before 🍋. Another great video, Sarah! You are making me more excited to go to Japan with each upload 😁👍

  9. As a British man I only like a few fish dishes but looking at your videos I want to try more sashimi dishes. I should be in Japan right now but I had to cancel because with Covid etc. It may be because I'm jealous but my mouth is watering as I look as you devour those oh so tasty looking dishes. I will say that the texture of oysters etc is not something I like. I prefer the firmer texture of fish.

    3:30 and an even bigger mountain of salmon roe (in Soviet Russia caviar was considered a rare and expensive delicacy) when I was younger I thought red caviar was disgusting, but I'm sure what I ate back then wasn't as fresh as yours.

  11. There's a joke in my country… The only good sea food is a pig that drowns in the sea. Guess that sums it up xD. I eat pork/beef/some sort of meat every day and bread… The only sea food I can actually eat is octopus, squid/calamari, salmon and maybe tuna. Other than that, not a huge fan.
