We decided to try out a Turkish bath or hammam as the locals call it while visiting Istanbul in Turkey. Turkish baths are very traditional and a form of deep cleaning and massaging the body to ensure a good deep sleep. Turkish bath’s / hammam have an asmr effect that completely relax you. We decided to try it ourselves and do our very own Turkish bath in a lovely $65 a night apartment that we rented in old town Istanbul with a lovely seafood and unlimited Turkish tea.
