This is usually on top list for most foreigners. It’s a bit of a tourist trap and not the cheapest “local” option but if you are downtown and a foreigners it’s still fun place to walk around and sample a bit. The best deal is the 100 Yen Sake for a large glass. Think they are just trying to lure you in to the food court area there.
