Day three in Japan and we are going to take a day trip to Yokohama–once a small fishing village that welcomed international trade during the Meiji period (1868-1912), it is now the 2nd largest city in Japan in terms of population! Join us in exploring this historic port city during the cherry blossoms season. While walking around, I will tell you easy spots to explore, navigating tips, and my personal favorite location where you can enjoy different kinds of ramen from all over Japan–sometimes from out of the country–without flying all over Japan.
