Okuda chef may be the best chef in Yamagata Pefecture.
Ms. Shizuka, you've been to Yamagata before, so I'm sure you know that Yamagata produces good
vegitables and it is very rich in nature. Also it has many mountains. In addition, high-ranking beef in Japan such as Yonezawa beef and Yamagata beef is produced, and delicious wine is made at local wineries. On the other hand, Yamagata can be said to be a treasure trove of food in a sense because it is also famous for its ramen, which has the highest consumption in Japan, as well as its specialty imoni, Tsuyahime, and Dadacha beans.
