Sunday greeting and blessing Bigsuper. We had deadline to carry our old banknotes etc. I would agree with the general public have to be careful and check first. When the new money came into circulation in the UK ๐ฌ๐ง we felt the same, but as time goes on we got used to it. Our one can take crush up and wash with no issue. ๐๐๐๐ฐ๐๐โ ๐๐ค

They should tell you to bring them in before a certain time, and they will let you know .
You have to have caution, because they stick together, and you can give away one if not careful, and can be easy to lose as well because they do not crumble easily .

I wonder though: why spend billions printing new money? Couldnโt that money have been spent on a more worthwhile cause?
The arcade is heartbreaking. It was the site of the Health Office (St Thomas Health Department). My mother worked there for 40 years. It was such a beautiful building that looked more like a well-kept older house than an office building. I was in and out of that building during my childhood/early adulthood. There were Julie/East Indian mango trees as well as well kept lawn at the front.
Then it was knocked down for an arcade that is an eyesore.
Poor St. Thomas, poor Jamaica.
