Our last day in Japan sadly. But nevertheless we took advantage of more delicious food in what truly can be considered Japan’s Kitchen (as our friend Megan so aptly called it!)
As we usually do we start our day off with coffee. Originally we were hoping to go to a Kissaten, which is a traditional Japanese coffee (or tea) shop. But it was closed 🙁
For lunch we grabbed some curry rice and shopped around the streets of Nishi Shinsaibashi. With enough space in our tummies we grabbed what seems to be a staple dessert- Uncle Rikuro’s Cheesecake.
After more shopping around Namba (including at the Pokemon Center) we decided on ramen for dinner. Despite being as full as we were, we still needed to try the most necessary thing in Osaka: Takoyaki! So back at Dotonbori, we found a spot with a queue and had one last snack before we left for the airport the very next day.
