  1. Oompf! Losing that additional day totally hit me below the belt. Anyhow, good views coming into NRT. Whoa! There's Godzilla!!

  2. Land it hard! I call that efficiency, no need to go through the cabin and wake up sleeping passengers and stuff, just put it down so hard they bounce their head off the roof. BAM, Awake! Now, thanks for flying ANA, enjoy your time in Tokyo!

Also, thats Japan? I expected to see alot more mountains and stuff lol.

  3. As an aircraft mechanic let me explain that a bit. It is possible to land the A 380 very soft without a rumble in the cabin but mostly it rumbles. Why ?
If you look closely how all that 22 wheels are slammed on the pavement you know that this job can't be done without a mechanical issue. It rumbles sometimes very hard due to the amount of wheels slamming on the runway at the same time. The fuselage structure in that area gives the vibrations and the noise unfiltered into the cabin. That can get a little uncomfortable in the low cabin but don't worry. It's always completely undangerous and absolutely normal. Besides : You can ask every pilot. They will all say the same. Only a hard landing is a good and safe landing.

  4. Definition of a good landing is one you walk away from! Narita is legendary for very tough conditions with tons of YT vids to prove. The A380 handled it like a champ it seems! Also I heard turbulence is tricky in that general part of the world. Beautiful vid! Thanks!

  5. You know Skylite, if you would like to know what the 3 liveries represent on the 3 All Nippon Airways A380s, I can happily explain that to you. The blue livery represents Hawaii's blue sky. The green livery represents Hawaii's' emerald green oceans. And lastly the orange livery represents Hawaii's sunsets.

  6. It appears that the computer at the last second was forcing the wings down, causing the tires to slam into the runway.

  7. So what was rattling during the whole landing? Loved watching all those individual flaps at the end of the wing do their thing!

  8. The back of the wing on the A380 are the best places to sit, these are my recommended ones from my experience as you can hear the loud flaps and landing gear if you are an avgeek you love it. Do you agree with me skylite.

  9. Amazing, beautiful approach! It looks like there was a big crosswind on the approach, with some gusts. In most of those cases a firm or hard landing
is inevitable. Better to get the bird down on the pavement rather then risk a float or drifting away from the centerline and having to go around, or worse,
an even harder landing. Airliners are built to handle that easily. As usual, a flawless work of visual art on your part! I love the A380!

  10. Hello skyline production it Zack I’m going to Japan on July 12 I’m live in china I take 3 plane to Austin Texas to see my family. The Japan airport to Tokyo Heneda.

  11. The views are really stunning. Which seat number do I need to choose to get this view??

  12. Can you fly in Liat Airline? I wonder if their still at service in all these years.

  13. Maybe a little wind about but the touch down was normal. A380's almost always touch down firm.
