Nice vlog to see the behind-the-scene in food prep in business class. I have not flown PALβs biz class but have with British Airways and ANA. PALβs meal is tailored for the Filipino market which is one way to promote Filipino cuisine.

The best nga ang arroz caldo sa mabuhay lounge! Same tayo I had 2 rounds with siomai din kaya wasnt able to try the beef mami.. pero yung food namin from mnl-sf (business class) hindi quality. Sana natapat yung flight namin na ikaw on board hehe
Chef sana kahit economy umayos ang food, i like PAL dahil ang galing ng mga piloto natin tsaka straight flight, pero honest speaking ang food ng economy grabe walang lasa, and we are paying $1300.00 tapos ang food ganun lang, as in food lang ang reklamo ko, service is always good. Sana lang talaga umayos ang food, hindi lahat afford ang business class esp kung family of 5. Salamat Chef

Love your travel vlog chef JP! PAL food makes me crave for Filipino food onboard. Do the main cabin have the same food in a smaller and simpler presentation? Just curious, I travel quite a bit where AA goes coz of privilege for flying free. I flew PAL with their domestic flight when ever I come home a vacation in the Philippines. Fly safe βοΈππ
