    1:15 your first advice if you always want taxi meter. You can only stay in Bangkok and at evening time, the taxi’s will reject you and your are forced to take Tuk Tuk or BTS 😂

    Yes, ask the taxi driver to turn the meter on, but he can still take detours to make the trip longer so the meter doesn't really help…

    Video which You take !! By the way, if you are traveling to Bangkok, can buy
    Rabbit Card at the BTS station, it is very easy but must show your passport
    In order to buy new Rabbit Card!! Have to wait around 15 to 20 mins !!
    Once had the Rabbit Card, you can top up at any BTS station in Bangkok,
    Please don't come at Peak Hours !! Cindy Singapore !!
    Keep the Rabbit Card for the Next Trip to Bangkok !!

    The biggest scam I had was in Patong Phuket. Like the 'Grand Palace is closed" scam but then waaay bigger organised !!! They sold it as a daytrip, a brochure between other trips.
    Took you to some (free entrance) highli9ghts, which were nice. Then a honey-"factory" which wqas a shop ! Cashew-nuts 'factory' which was a shop ! The 'coffee-break' as mentioned in the program, was the biggest jewery-shop I ever saw !!!!!!! Busses full of tourists at the entrance…

    Well … it’s true with the Taxis, and they actually have to turn on the taximeter by law, BUT you will barely get one with taximeter in rush hours! I tried that many times to ask them to turn on the meter and they just don’t! My Tipp: check the price with the APPs Grab or Bolt first, then u know how much it will be approximately and then u can at least negotiate with the taxi driver about the price!

    These are only minor scams. Where are the other scams? Drugging drinks and relieving a tourist of everything they own. The diamond scam (which cost my sister about $5k). The scams in this video are very minor – you may lose a few dollars.

    When you are at the beach, don't rent those Sea-scooters. Someone will come along and bang at your vehicle and scratches it, and you will have to pay for damages.

    When I'm in Thailand I use the app In Drive because it tells you the price of the ride up front. And I agree always ask for all the specific costs up front because I have gone out and when I got the bill there were additional charges that were not explained up front.
