  1. muslims dont normally travel for leisure in Ramadan. but it will be busy for the next 2 weeks from Eid (day after the end of Ramadan)

  2. My wife a I are coming to Asia in January and February for the first time. Langkawi is one of our destinations. Thank you for sharing and love your videos!!

  3. yeah the island itself is probably great but the locales not so much, most sh#tty and dirty hotels ive seen travelling in malysia to be honest, even in KL it was better especially the customer service and english very poor compared to the rest of the country included receptionist…

  4. Malaysia! I'm hoping this means we can expect some more Malaysia content from you? πŸ‘€πŸ€žπŸΌ

  5. From last.3 days it's raining ongoingly without break β›ˆοΈπŸŒ§οΈπŸŒ§οΈπŸ’§πŸ’§ No sun at all…..Rainy season just started in 3 days.

  6. The natural slide you are talking about is above the waterfall, not below it. Not many swim below the waterfall

  7. To be honest, never heard anyone talk about worms or leeches at the falls. Btw, leeches are big, not tiny like that

  8. though it's true that the end of Ramadhan is usually the busiest time for most Malaysian because of the Eid celebration, but the holiday is usually spent with family and friends. it's like Thanksgiving for Americans, but a lot more cultural, definitely (no offence lol).

  9. Terima kasih Thanks for visiting malaysia all the way from brighton πŸ‘ Glad you had a good enjoyable time in langkawi despite one or two glitches
Your trip was back during puasa/raya (ramadhan/aidilfitri) and it's now another raya celebration ie. raya haji (aidil adha) in conjunction with the hajj in mecca (in malaysia raya haji is celebrated on thursday while here in the UK muslims celebrate it a day earlier tomorrow!)
If you do come again to malaysia towards the end of the year, note that it'll be the rainy season, and when malaysians say it's raining, we mean it really rains! πŸ˜‚ What you have here in the UK (that I have experienced so far at least) are mostly what we say hujan renyai (drizzles), mostly light drizzles and some heavier drizzles, plus only two or three times of medium heavy rain.
In malaysia when it rains you won't see pigs in the sky, but you'd get cats and dogs! πŸ˜‚ Plus roaring thunder and flashing lightning!
So year end, not advisable for you to travel on a motorcycle, not advisable to go to the islands or to take boats, and not advisable for mountain trekking and big waterfalls.
But KL has plenty of big shopping malls, not only for shopping, but also for variety of affordable tasty food including at the food courts, for cinemas and bowling, for ig spots/moments, for decor and live performances (cultural etc) sometimes, for aquaria in klcc, for ice skating in sunway pyramid, or even for some roller coaster rides in berjaya times square.
If you need simple raincoats they have cheap ponchos in daiso (the japanese shop where each item is only about 6 ringgit) and if you're not too rough on them they'll last your whole trip

  10. Langkawi actually gets more visitors than most resort island in the Philippines and Indonesia. Its only gets less visitors compared to Thailand. So its one of the top 5 vacation spots in Asia currently.

  11. The sound of clicking noise you heard in the jungle is not Sakuras, it called Cicadas. Not sure Sakuras is, what we know Sakura is flowers blossoming during Spring time particularly in Japan. πŸ˜… and the birds you heard is Hornbill , another native bird in Langkawi other than the famous Red Eagles where the Langkawi name is origin from. 'Lang' or 'Helang' is Malay language for Eagle, and Kawi is Pyrolusite or wire stone which is red in colour.

  12. Have u guys heard about Pulau Payar Marine Park in Langkawi? Surprisingly not many foreign vloggers visited this place.

  13. I am a Malaysian,
I also experienced the same thing as you this place is really safe from Crime and vehicle theft compared to other places in Malaysia.

  14. The waterfall is called Telaga Tujuh(seven waterfalls). On top of the waterfall there's a secluded spot the small beautiful lagoon. If you really love tropical islands do visit the islands on the east coast like Pulau Perhentian, Tioman with beautiful clear crystal water 🏝* the end of the year (Nov-Feb) is monsoon raining season in Malaysia 🌧
