Horror films such as (Return of the living dead and night of the living dead 1990) permanently have me terrified of living or residing any where near a cemetery sike just kidding but seriously it would be an epic video if you and bobby did some night time filming at the Ghettysburg battlefields from the 1-3 of July cause imo the ghost activity is probably heightened asf with in those 3 days. Just a suggestion for an epic July video and since J rocks that ghost hunting hat! and who knows you might capture some spirits on camera!
I was in Gettysburg during a school trip in the late 1960s. Whenever we go into a motel or hotel we always take in our bleach spray, we spray and wipe all handles and door knobs, all light switches, the remote control to the TV, really anything that the human hand touches, we also spray and wipe the backboards to the bed the nightstand, the phone. We also take off the bed spreads since they are not washed that often. We would never walk around in our bare feet or in our socks like we see so many people do on YouTube videos..

You most certainly can record in the Gettysburg National Park. Unless you're going to film a major feature film, you can record or photograph your visit in the park. I live 15 miles north of Gettysburg and have visited the battlefield more times than I can count. Also, have done reports on Gettysburg in school and photographed the areas I researched. I was never reprimanded for filming on National Park land.
Prices are especially high this year because it is the 160th anniversary of the battle.

I too do not care for adjoining rooms. I stayed in a room once where the adjoining door did not properly lock. They assured me they wouldn't book anyone in it but I had a hard time sleeping.
I too carry Lysol when I travel. Especially since COVID.
I didn't know you couldn't film in the national park. How disappointing. I take it photos are ok.
I want to get down to Gettysburg but I want to take my dog. I know I can't bring a dog into the buildings but do you see many with dogs outdoors in the park?
This hotel and lobby are adorable! So clean and nicely done. I am really impressed and surprised at how nice the Comfort Suites look. Thanks for the tour! The bathroom is so nice and basically everything you could want in a room. Everything is so clean and big – even the fridge is huge! I am not surprised at lack of fan. They have been taking them out of a bunch of hotels. I wish they would keep them, though. Maybe they go on the fritz too often, I guess? I love the huge breakfast area and all the vending and drinks. That is unusual these days. Adjoining rooms are creepy to me! Even creepier not knowing what the door was. Jacuzzi Schmuzzi – that is a portal to another dimension! I have had them a few times too. I am really surprised that you cannot film in the national parks. That makes no sense! Not only is the scenery gorgeous, but in case something happens too. Are they afraid people will be distracted?
The Hampton Inn in Norwich, CT also has a cemetery view. Spooky! 🪦😱
Like Comfort Suites a very nice hotel! Like the KING SIZE ROOM. Nice sofa bed? Nice bathroom. That was a big room which I like. Nice view of beautiful cemetery so I like the 4th floor. Nice price at $85 with the points. Gettysburg a nice town to just walk, shop, and dine!!!!

O'Rorkes is great sitting outdoors and having a meal.
We've stayed there couple of times in recent years. Yes,get a room during off season saves a lot. We like to go in the fall,it's a nice atmosphere then. First time we went, we open the curtains and found gravestones next to our window also. Middle of the night I looked out in the cemetery,but didn't see anything!
Now that's an awesome hotel to stay at. I could film right out the window. LOL! Great video, y'all. God Bless
We just stayed there last week. Pretty good hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast. My only complaint is that Choice Hotels automatically charge you a daily fee to use the room safe even if you don't use it. If you ask them to remove the charge at checkout they will be happy to do it but they know that most people won't bother asking. They charge enough for the rooms, no need to do that. Also, glad to see you visited SavorHood. Pretty cool place and they even have trivia on Wednesday nights!
Nice to see the updates made to this hotel. I remember this was one of the first hotels I came to when I started coming to Gettysburg with my wife. The view takes a little getting used to but overall a great hotel. I even stayed in one of the rooms with the hot tube. Always thought it was odd how they had it off in a little room by itself.
If you cant film in National Park why have other people filmed in there. There are a lot of people on You tube with Videos of National Park in Gettysburg J&B In The Hills. Just curious that you mention that in this video.

Great review! Our favorite place to stay when we go out is 1863 Inn of Gettysburg but sometimes it is booked. Next time we will give this place a try. Thanks for your awesome videos.
