  1. Hi Zameer,
Great walking tour like always 😉
Your headaches may indeed come from the Carnival Diet.
In Short: since you eat almost no carbohydrates on the diet, your body (liver) needs time to produce ketones and use them (in combination with fat) for producing energy. Your brain is particularly "hungry" for carbohydrates, which is why you may experience symptoms such as headaches or fatigue. this usually subsides after a few days and your body usually produces these ketone bodies after 7-14 days.

  2. Another great video showing the beautiful island of Crete, regarding it being not as busy as it used to be just wait until the schools in the UK & other countries finish for the summer the place will get busier, the 2 years of the pandemic didn’t help but it will bounce back just wait & see. Love this island can’t wait until next month when we get there. 🇬🇷❤️🇬🇷❤️

  3. Alright Alright Alright What is up, ARISTON is the place, put the Fire Station on your left and go up the hill, just past the roundabout on your RIGHT, best place for all meat meals!!! ,

  4. Thank you for showing videos of Malia stalis hersonnasiss. There are some beautiful villages which you probably know of which are mohos,,, krista. They are worth visiting. Thankyou again

  5. You often visit Hersonissos: how much does a gyros cost now in "Pita point", on corner Elefterias and Venizelou? There is a lot of talk about food prices going up…

  6. Thank you again Zameer, for your video. If you want to eat a very good steak, you have to go to Taverna Esperos in Koutouloufari. The best meat you can find in the area. Kali orexi!!

  7. What you are doing is more correctly referred to as a Keto diet. You do not have to eat meat entirely; you can have vegetables and fruits too. The idea is to eat everything that grows above the ground. That means no potatoes, carrots, etc. Although fruits are allowed it is bare minimum as they contain sugars, even though they tend to be complicated sugars. No cheese as they have high fat content. Meat should be white meat like chicken breast, clean pork, rabbit, etc. Beef is red meat and contains fat within. You stay away from pure simple carbohydrates found in breads, pasta, etc. Make sure you take a general vitamin supplement everyday. If you are trying to lose weight limit your calorie intake at about 1000calories per day. If you are trying to put muscle then continue with the keto diet. Work out before you eat something in the morning. You burn the sugar in your blood and so your exercise efforts will be visible sooner.

  8. Zameer brother you are the best ambassador for Crete, keep up the good work, from a Greek.

  9. Hi Zameer. There is an article on BBC news that is saying that holidays in Crete from the UK have increased 30% since before covid and 25% alone this year! That may explain why not so busy. Although schools are not on holiday yet. We are still coming this year but to Chania for the first time instead of Hersonnisos area. 😎. Good luck with the diet but please be careful. ✌️

  10. Looking forward to travelling to Crete for our honeymoon is September, thank you for showing how beautiful it is. Great videos 👌

  11. Beautiful day!!! And you should be long past the headache stage of this. Go eat. That Butcher's place is failing you.🙃

  12. The Butchers Bar was close in the begining of June when i was in Hersonnissos. I don't know why. 😢

  13. Where is best place in Crete to stay for group of 5 friends 25 years old. We want to have good nightlife, but also nice beaches and nice restaurants. Shall we go to Hersonissos, Heraklion or Chania? We don’t want to go Malia too many crazy teenagers
