This looks like the Japanese version (based on the inspiration of these brothers) of Sorrowful Rice (famous HK dish a simple dish char siu with rice and eggs).
All that wonderful food, and the service, by just 2 efficient people- the suirai bowl looks delicious, as does the mushroom and tomato stuffed meatballs.
The owner and employee show no respect for their food art. They are totally sloppy with preparation and working always with hands throwing items into Ramen bowls and such. I would not eat there and I recommend to be careful about food safety and food poisoning!

忙しいはずなのに、ピリピリ感が全くない。かと言って澱んでるわけでもない。
結果、来やすい入りやすい。
