What's thé best way to eat wagyu home ?
I’ve so enjoyed the Wagyu streams John, it’s a great alternative to the average meat you see so regularly everywhere else. I have a question, because Wagyu is expensive right? I went to a burger place and they had something called the Wagyu Burger for $8. The price threw me off because I thought Wagyu was pricey. I still bought it and it tasted a little sweeter, but I mean, it could’ve just been a lower grade Wagyu right maybe mixed with a regular blend? I’m in the US, and didn’t ask about the details on where they source their Wagyu. Do you think it’s sketchy for the price?
John, when you added 'wasabi' @4:44 is that real wasabi or is it the green horseradish paste the rest of the world puts up with? Have you done a wasabi deep dive?

I love beef. But hate fat, because its fat, wich makes a person fatter heh.. But i bet the local beef tastes amazing =))
Oma Surf and Turf! Oma Maguro and Oma wagyu. Also, those cows are allowed to pasture in a plateau area in Mutsu in the mountains called Nodai. It is an abandoned farming community that is now solely used to allow wagyu to graze during the non-winter months.
Hey John. Can you come up to Shimokita Penninsula (Osore-zan and Hotokegaura. Oma maguro in the summer?? Please. Its my home and I want everyone to know about it. attractions also include the northern most monkeys in the world. yagen valley onsen, kandachime free-standing horses, Kazamaura Anko (angler fish) and squid racing. And the Blind itako (mediums who speak with the dead) at Osorezan. I really think Shimokita is the oldest and most faraway, untouched, removed, mysterious part of Honshu – if not all of Japan.

grilling Your brain ? , I mean phone – live data transfer can cause brain fail functions and cancer – not Your best day ? has it realy tasted ? I mean when I put meat meat in a flame from fat it normaly tastes not good – but the meat locks delicious and the plate like from an artisan – 0:41 garlic ? – that looks like cooked and fried potatoes to me !
